• Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create a contract.
• A project begins only when both parties agree to a written statement of work or proposal (scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and payment terms).
• Where the “£100 Small‑Business Website” offer is advertised, it is subject to availability and eligibility, and the precise scope will be confirmed in writing.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices (including promotional offers) are indicative and may change. Binding pricing appears in a written proposal or checkout for a specific product.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
• Late payments may incur interest and/or pause of services until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property

• The site, its content, design, trademarks, and logos are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.
• For client work, IP ownership or licence terms will be set out in the proposal or contract (e.g., code licences, usage rights, white‑labelling).
• You must not use our branding (CodeFlux, DevNest) without our permission.

If you provide materials (e.g., brand assets, copy, images) for a project, you confirm you have the rights to use them and grant us the rights necessary to deliver the services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you supply.

Each party will keep confidential information received from the other confidential and use it only for the project or enquiry, except where disclosure is required by law or with consent.
